UPDATE....

I began reporting the issue to fb today and was led to the page "reporting a violation/infringement of my rights" and there is a bunch of info to fill out like your links to the work and the persons link etc then I get to the bit that says: address (obligatory field) address (obligatory field) and I thought fair enough, fb needs as much info as possible and then I read a little statement after these mandatory fields that read:

(Note that we may provide your contact information and/or the contents of your report to the user that posted the content you are reporting.)

WHAT!? I really would like a total stranger knowing that I complained about them and giving them my full postal address!
I am not ok with that at all fb.

So...I am leaving the matter...I might put a little message on my page so that everyone (including the person using my pic) gets the general idea.

Also, fb sucks balls.

So...on facebook there is someone using my photos as their profile pic (hardly crime of the year I know but still annoying to me) and I have messaged them politely that they should use their own image and not mine. They continue to use my images as their own and have disabled the message option...Also, they strangely keep liking my photos on my fbook page which is very nice but still using my photo as their icon! It feels harsh to report/block them but it feels like that is all I have got left to do. Have any of you come across this problem and how did you get around it?
